We provide clients with one-on-one counseling sessions to evaluate their interests and strengths, develop a job search and job retention plan, and prepare their resumes for on-the-job success.
Customer Service Certificate Training and Security Guard License Training
We can help you earn a National Customer Service and Sales Certification, which is accredited by the National Retail Federation, and our security guard training is accredited by the New York State Division of Licensing Services.

Our staff works with clients in a one-on-one counseling session to evaluate their interests and strengths, develop a job search and job retention plan, and help them prepare their resumes. Once clients are job-ready, our staff refers them to local companies who are hiring.
