By Subway/Bus:
SoBRO is located at 555 Bergen Avenue (one block east from Third Avenue, between 149th Street and Westchester Avenue)

  • Take the 2 or 5 train to Third Avenue-149 Street – SoBRO is one block away.
  • Buses offer regular service nearby: Bx2, Bx4, Bx15, Bx19, Bx21, Bx41, and Bx55.

By Automobile:
SoBRO is centrally located in the HUB section of the Bronx. Parking is available at J&B Parking along the southeast corner of Westchester Avenue (between Bergen Avenue and Brook Avenue).

From North of Bronx:

  • Take NYS Thruway South to Major Deegan Expressway Southbound to Exit 6 Yankee Stadium/River Avenue
  • Bear right off exit to traffic light
  • Right at traffic light for +\- 25’ to next light which is River Avenue
  • Right on River Avenue to East 149th Street
  • Left on East 149th Street
  • Continue eastbound along East 149th - You will cross over three major cross streets: Grand Concourse, Morris Avenue, and Third Avenue
  • One block past Third Avenue is Bergen Avenue
  • Make a left on Bergen Avenue
  • SoBRO’s entrance is on your left
  • Parking lot is directly across Bergen Avenue on your right

From Manhattan:

  • Take FDR Drive North to Willis Avenue Bridge (to Willis Avenue)
  • Continue straight off bridge approximately .75 miles northbound along Willis Avenue to East 149th Street
  • Cross over East 149th Street and continue 1 block northbound to Westchester Avenue
  • Right on Westchester Avenue
  • Next block is Bergen Avenue
  • SoBRO’s entrance is along Bergen Avenue to your right
  • Parking lot is directly across Bergen Avenue on your right

From New Jersey / George Washington Bridge:

  • Take Exit 1C, I-87, Major Deegan Expressway South
  • Take NYS Thruway South to Major Deegan Expressway Southbound (I-87) to Exit 6: Yankee Stadium/River Avenue
  • Follow directions above “from North of Bronx”

From Long Island:

  • Cross over Triborough Bridge
  • After toll, get immediately into left lane heading towards Major Deegan/NYS Thruway North
  • Exit 1st exit which is Willis Avenue
  • Continue to 1st traffic light which is Willis Avenue
  • Take right turn on Willis Avenue
  • Follow directions above “from Manhattan”
