SoBRO's Small Business Administration Program for Investment in Micro-entrepreneurs (PRIME) will be offered to local NYCHA residents starting February 24 and will run for 10 weeks, concluding on April 28. Workshops will be held every Wednesday at the SoBRO Center on Bergen Avenue at 149th St.
